buck ran i believe a best of 11.7x when he was still racing his daily driver,before my ole truck became the race sled.it is a different truck so i think it counts,10 pewter prostreet truck 11.7xs black daily driver

Im sure hes not losing sleep over it, but that there tuning is something a select few have, not your basic extreme. Like the old saying, you may be the 1st but certainly won't be the last.

I am sure sooner or later there will be more Duramax's in the 10's but we are the first and second ones to do it. Both Buck and No Limit will continue to step it up so I'm sure there will be quicker times to come. The special thing about Buck is that it was done with a stock motor and stock turbocharger, something no Cummins or Ford has ever done. Sooner or later someone will build a light truck like the Cummins guys have done and times will drop event further.

What's not stock about it other than replacement rods which by the way fit a stock engine as a replacement part. They are just a bit stronger than the original. The injectors and high pressure pump are also stock pieces that have been modified just as the exhaust has been but most everyone still considers that stock as well. The high pressure pump has an extra fuel supply port to keep it from running dry, that's it.

Well, technically Darren Morrison runs a "Stock" motor then...stock rods... pistons, modded pump, more holes in the injectors, and re-ground cam. his turbo is aftermarket though. Same with Dennis' truck.
