Pulled the Garrett apart. Compressor just under 66mm and turbine about 68.

Titanium Compressor wheel? not aluminum and non magnetic.

Can anyone recommend some seatbelt harnesses?

Thinking 3 point, sounds like I will need a crossbar behind seats just under shoulder height?

Can this be done safely without a rollcage?

I didn't realize you had tore the engine down in it. Was something wrong with it or just freshening it up?

2nd gen intercooler mounted. Retained the driver side lower mount which made everything go pretty smooth.

I used an A/C condenser from a Bobcat for a trans cooler, which i may have to get rid of now as the thicker intercooler doesnt leave enough room for the lower valance.

Anyone think the size of the trans cooler is overkill? Can i get by with the parts store special? Would have been a good idea to monitor trans temps beforehand

Why not just run a remote trans cooler with a fan under the bed somewhere? This way your valance fits without modifications. Derale makes some nice units.

Heres what i came up with.

Wasnt planned but the fan blows down onto it also.

Bit of trimming to the lower valance and the IC fits like a glove.

What a strange IP, why are there no injection lines coming out of the back?
