Steed Speed??

i am considering a manifold from steed but am torn between the standard t6 or the competition t6 header. questions are:when does too much exhaust flow and low/less back pressure get to a point where it will have negetive affects on my power output/keeping the charger lit. does the benefits outweigh the conserns. Is my RPM going to be an issue with T6 or comp header? Im considering t6 because my charger is t6 already. would T4 suite me better on these tight ohio tracks. couldnt find any of these answers and steed speed could only tell me what they knew from running the comp header on wild diesels open truck. i dont wanna waste the money on the competition header if i dont need too.

My truck is common rail & competition only 2.6 class.
4500RPM Limit/Hangs 3400-4000 down the track W/4.10 gears

I don't think you will have any issues with a T6 vs T4 manifold.
Your turbo already has a T6 housing so I don't see a reason to run an adapter from a T4 manifold to bump it to T6.
You'd probably lose a small amount of HP just because of the flow turbulence going up from a T4 on your manifold up to the T6 flange on your turbo.

Engine dyno testing has shown the Steed Speed Standard T6 flange manifold to be nearly identical in horsepower to an ATS 3 Piece with MJ tool's high flow center section, but doing it with less back pressure.

I run the T6 standard plenum on Black Ice and it works very well.
I honestly don't think there is a need for the Competition Header at your HP and RPM level, other than to say "mines bigger" (manifold wise).
