Kwik Switch 300 Tooling

Anyone here used them much? Looking at a mill with that type of set up.. would prefer R8 setup but for the money i cant pass it up. Comes with a few sets already. Ebay has a good selection. just wanted some more opinions.

Lynn trust me... The tool shop i work in has one of these and were fixing to replace it with a bridgeport r8 style collet accepting mill. There no good.
