added purse monies possible for 2.6 and w.s. will know at drivers meeting.

each class need's 8 trucks for guaranteed purse.I dont think that will be an issue.If less than 8 purse will be half.

8500# Stock Turbo Diesel Class Rules


•Ballast: Hanging weights are prohibited. Additional weight may
be placed in the cab or bed.
•Body: Trucks must retain all OEM equipment and must be operative.
•Credentials: All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license
•Driveline: Driveline must be OEM from a one ton truck or less.
•Exhaust: Exhaust must exit behind cab.
•Fuel: Number 2 diesel fuel only.
•Hitch: 26 inch hitch height.
•Injection Pump: Stock appearing injection pumps. Dual CP3s/HPOPs are not allowed.
•Power Adders: The use of Nitrous Oxide, Water Injection, and Propane Injection is prohibited. All related system components must be removed prior to pulling.
•Suspension: Rear suspension may be blocked solid. Ladder/Traction bars are allowed but must be easily removed.
•Tires: Tires must be DOT approved no chains or studs.
•Turbocharger: Turbo must be a stock OEM unmodified turbo. Turbo may be swapped for another turbo from a one ton truck or less from the same manufacturer. If turbo is swapped from year to year it must retain factory configuration.
8500# 2.6” Street Diesel Class Rules

•Mercer Power Sports 2009Ballast: Hanging weights are permitted. They may not extend more than 60 inches from the centerline of the front axle.
•Body: The body must be an OEM truck body and must retain full sheet metal. Metal aftermarket hoods are permitted. Complete OEM firewall is mandatory.
•Brakes: Four-wheel hydraulic brakes are mandatory.
•Chassis: The OEM chassis is mandatory. The engine must be in the OEM location for the body used. The vehicle must retain the full OEM chassis. Wheel tubs, back-half conversions, tube chassis, etc., are prohibited.
•Cooling System: Radiators must be in the stock location and be of at least stock size.
•Credentials: All drivers must have a valid state driver’s license.
•Driveline: An OEM transmission and transfer case is mandatory. They must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pickup.
•Driver Restraint System: The OEM restraint system is mandatory and must be worn.
•Driveshaft Loops: All trucks must have at least six inch wide ujoint shields around the rear u-joint constructed of at least ¼ inch steel or 3/8 inch aluminum. All shields must be securely mounted to the vehicle. Any front shaft u-joint that is visible from the side of the truck must be shielded to contain the ujoint and the end of the shaft. A new puller will be granted a one-time waiver of this requirement.
•Engine: The engine block must have been available as a factory option on a one-ton or smaller pickup truck. Blocks must circulate coolant freely. The use of concrete or other block fillers is prohibited.
•Exhaust: The exhaust must exit rearward of the driver's compartment. Stacks exiting through the hood or fender-well are prohibited. It is recommended that 3/8 inch diameter bolts be placed through the exhaust pipe in a cross pattern within one inch of each other as close to the turbo as is practical.
•Fuel: #2 diesel fuel only
•Fuel Injection Pump: The fuel injection pump is limited to a stock-appearing, OEM engine make-specific pump only. Dual high-pressure common-rail fuel pumps or HPOPs are permitted. The P7100 injection pump, if equipped, must utilize a stock-appearing governor.
•Harmonic Balancer: All engines turning 4500 RPM and higher must be equipped with a harmonic balancer or damper meeting SFI Spec 18.1.
•Hitch: 26 inch hitch height.
•Interior: A complete interior, including dashboard, door panels, headliner, etc., is mandatory. Aftermarket seats are permitted; they must be fully upholstered.
•Power Adders: The use of Nitrous Oxide,and Propane Injection is prohibited. All related system components must be removed prior to pulling. Water injection is allowed in this class.
•Rear End: The rear end must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pick up. Rear axle bolts must be covered by a cap or shield.
•Steering: The vehicle must retain the full, original OEM steering gear.
•Suspension: Rear suspension may be blocked solid. Ladder/Traction bars are permitted. Safety loops for ladder/traction bars are recommended. No welded rear suspensions.
•Tires: Tires must be DOT approved. No chains or studs
•Transmission: Non-OEM transmissions are prohibited. Trucks running in excess of 4500 RPM must have a safety blanket which meets SFI specifications.
•Turbocharger: The vehicle is limited to a single turbocharger; the inducer bore on the compressor housing may be 2.6”. The inlet will be measured using a 2.65-inch plug or internal calipers. Reducer bushings are NOT allowed. 6.4 liter Powerstroke engines may utilize the factory twin-turbo configuration.
•Wheelbase: The vehicle must retain the original unaltered factory wheelbase.
8500# 2.8” Super Street Diesel Trucks Class Rules

•Ballast: Hanging weights are permitted. They may not extend more than 60 inches from the centerline of the front axle.

•Rear End: The rear end must have been an option on a one-ton or smaller pick up. Rear axle bolts must be covered by a cap or shield.
•Suspension: Rear suspension may be blocked solid. Ladder/Traction bars are permitted. Safety loops for ladder/traction bars are recommended. No welded rear suspensions.

usually, yes. From what i'm hearing truck count has been down all of the region this year, but that's usually a pretty good pull to go to. There's also a NKTPA pull in Richmond but I don't think they're running 2.6. KYDTR.COM has all the info on KY pulls
