Weird noise after a re-torque

Maybe this is the same issues in the thread "new engine new problems". I can't tell yet.

I installed a new Hamilton Cams head. Already have their valve springs and push rods. The head is o-ringed. The truck sounded fine originally, and 2 weeks after daily driving it I decided to warm retorque the head studs. Gasket is standard thickness as Hamilton recommended to me.

After the retorque, the engine started making a weird noise. Almost sounds like an exhaust leak from a non turbod gas engine.

I can't figure this out, and the only thing I can't think of is maybe the pistons are kissing the valves like in the above thread mentioned?

Here is an audio clip of my driving around. You can hear the sound I'm referring to.

Weird sound 6bt12v - Google Drive

Under load, it's very district. Under no load you can't even tell.

Anyone know what might be going on?

Did you adjust the valves after the re torque? Could be a valve out of adjustment
