My setup is very similar to yours.
63/68/91- cast wheel
131 DVs
5x14s at 290 bar
4k springs
180 pump with Mack plug and no plate
Soon to have a Hamilton 188/220, 110LB springs, and full cuts.
Hopefully it will dyno the same as yours or a little more. I'm curious as to how much HP can be made with that charger.

I haven't been able to drive the truck yet. It's at the paint shop. But it should come in late. I played with it a little before it left and tried to tune it where it would run as clean as possible down low.

This is a good thread . Tons of different variations , and way different numbers across the board . With all but tuning taken into account , you can really see what works well together and what some limiting factors are. I'd love to post results but I have to install my twins first then dyno and tune ..... Then tune some more.
Keep it going !

a couple of setups on the same motor:
kevin at northeast diesel did the 215 pump, thats where most of this power comes from and all on Drakes superflow dyno
but first was
191's, ddp4+ or 5x14's, 66 over 491 and cam= 760hp
+100 7mm comps, Wil's 5x11's, 62 over 491= 579 towed not much smoke
now 131's, Wil's ddp3's, 62 over 480. Ill find out some day.. tows even better and i think makes more power for everyday driving.. I need a bigger top turbo to make the combo work better on power but works great for towing now..
