Another Fass Question

i have the 180. i will try to do it with the tank in, since its a 52gal tank and its got about 3/4 tank of fuel.
The pump did not make that sound when i first installed it, and had 20gallons on diesel in my new tank. it started to do it after i filled the tank up.

OK i did it and it does it about the same amount. also it seems to do it more when i hit a bump or do a sharp turn.

I've heard several other FASS systems do this exact same thing and all of them run perfectly fine and have been for several years now. It's normal to hear the gurgling since it's just air being built up (which is good since that means the FASS is doing it's job) and then released out all at once. Don't worry about the pump. It's just fine.
