Cool 91 12 motor & trans : advice wanted on swap . Thanks:)

Hi: have 91 dodge w250 2x4 12v with auto trans how hard would it be to covert to 4x4??? I have Chevy 1.5 ton running gear to use ... 1) can I use my Chevy 350/400 auto tranny & tcase behind the 12 v ? Maybe advance adapters or acme makes flywheel & adapter to do that or other folks ? 2) or would the 2wd dodge auto trans I have now bolt to my Chevy tcase , it's a wild tcase 208 or something like that ,that' was in my 79 Chevy kr5 blazer full size with auto trans & 1.5 ton running gear ?? 3) or do I need a dodge 4x4 auto trans & tcase to mount to 12v ? Swap will be in future ,just planing on what I need 2 do or get.. Thanks..

No two wheel drive trans will bolt to a tcase without changing the tail housing and output shaft, changing the output shaft requires a complete trans tear down,
You ether have a turbo 350 or turbo 400 and the 350 will not stand up behind a 5.9 Cummins.
There are companies that make adapters and flywheels for GM trans to Cummins engine.
Diesel Conversion Specialist and Destroked come to mind.

Most 2x4 frames are different from 4x4 frames, you probably need a 4x4 frame or splice in a 4x4 front frame section to what you have.
