Injector Tip Warrenty

Shane,

I hate to bring this to the forums. But you leave me with no choice. It's been over 6 months.

We started this process late December 2009. You said you would warranty them, publicly.

I've pinged you once a month for a few months.. I haven't bugged you since March 29th.

You had your reasons. Busy, shipping, wrong labels on tips. what ever they are I don't care.

Lets get this settled please.

I replied to your thread on Cummins Forum, please make sure you place this on every forum you can. Please don't bother trying to call first always use personal communications as a last result.

I still don't have that size nozzle, that I agreed to replace them with.

For anyone who is interested in the back story, Jason ran these for over a year, then decided he needed more fuel after making 76X? hp with these nozzles. He sent them to Volker and they found a tiny spot in one of the nozzles where the EDM went too deep and touched the other side. I agreed that I would replace all six, with new ones of the same size, once we had them back in stock.

Immediately there after Jason decides to start thread to sell the new nozzles, in the thread he stated he had a set of our nozzles and they were bad, but not all of our nozzles were bad. Then he tries to sell them for more than we retail them for. I PM'ed him to say, sorry bud after that slam the deal is off. I had a change of heart and decided to keep my word, once we got that size back in stock. We still don't have that size to replace them.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with nozzles you had Jason, they have ran a 6.80 fuel only in the 1/8th mile. I will gladly clean these up and return them back to you if you can't wait. I regret offering to replace them at all, due to not being able to get the replacements in a timely manner.

I have sent several emails to that listed on your website..

Shane. I could go into a huge detail to explain how you're full of chit with every excuse you'd made and how that none of is relevant to anything.

It's rather simple.

DEFECTIVE PART = REPLACE.

Can you do that in a timely matter please?

----

Oh, BTW, a few of them injectors were already EDM's bigger, but not all of them, you really ran them in a truck? And it idled? Seriously? I told you that some were started, but they stopped when they found the broken tip. But you said you ran them in a truck (as written on the CF thread)... really? come on! really?

Well. I got tips back! At first glance they look bigger then stock. I'm sure they are the 180's I originally had but warrantied.

Thanks Shane, took ya a while, but you did come though as agreed.

I'd post something on CF.. but I'm banned ;-)

I bet that truck will never break 700hp on a single pump and a 64mm charger again. Not meant to put Shane/Wicked's work/product down at all...just saying that now the setup changed...
