Factory selectro hubs

Does anybody else have any issues with these? Sometimes
They engage great and work fine other times they don't work at all and sometimes theres a huge bang then it engages. I'm thinking of converting to warns has anyone done this? From looking at pics of them I can't see how they would bolt on
 
Seletro are external mounted not splined to hubs like warns to do warns ya need hub with splines to mount right
