No driveline so the imagination is free to roam. I’m thinking street/strip monster.

I do have 4 jack stands. It would make a nice conversational piece.
 
For the love of everything mechanically injected, don’t put a commonrail in it.

Otherwise, looks like a solid roller. Better condition than 95% of the second gens on the market anyhow.

Would you pass up a 12v with 300k miles on it? Besides the oil what else should be checked if I go look at it? It’s been removed from the truck it was in. 95’ 2wd I believe. I’d probably just rebuild it anyway so maybe the miles don’t matter.
 
I acquired this engine and trans out of a 2wd. I believe was a 97. What are the odds this purple transmission is an ATS? I can’t find any markings on it that would indicate it’s an ATS other than it’s purple.

Definitely the same shade of puple ATS uses. See if you can look at the convertor
