Lil' help

Working on an 03 dodge. Looses throttle intermitantly. Kinda figured transfer pump but I've ruled that out. For some reason Dodge has us Cummins guys locked out of the ecm so I gotta use the generic snap-on scanner for codes. The code I am getting is P2121. Any help?

Working for Cummins you should know they don't jive with the aftermarket. The only thing dodge and cummins agree on is the motor. Cummins makes it and Dodge screws it up. P2121 is the a "voltage out of range of idle validation signal". APP and the idle validation signal from the ECM aren't agreeing. Is this an auto or 6spd. I can walk you through the procedures. If I help you, let's see if you can help me with the 06 I am working on???
