rim spinning in tire

pulled last night, first time with my sts's and my back tires spun on the wheels. one side only spun about an inch, the other was about a foot. anyone ever use a glue when mounting to help hold?? I don't want to screw them. I heard hairspray works but I didn't know if that would be enough
 
Break the bead, clean and dry very well. hair spray as lube to re seat.
I heard Windex does ok as well..
 
Run them again they prolly won't spin anymore seems they do at first then they stay.
