Isspro pyro stopped working

I have the Isspro EV series pyro to 1500* it stopped working a few days ago. I checked the wires and before it completely stopped it would bounce up to to about 300* and it died. Has any one else had this problem with Isspro Ev series this is the second pyro.

Does the pointer move at all when you turn on power? The most common issue I see is with the ring terminal connection down near the exhaust (it's under the shrink tubing), 2nd most common issue is an internal problem with the amplifier box. How old is the unit?

it a little over a year old micheal, pointer doesnt move when you turn the key on. I checked the screws to the probe and there tight. The last one that messed up was the probe, i purchased a new one and it fixed the problem for about 4 months.
