5in exaust questions

ok so i am putting a twin setup on my truck its a 2004.5 dodge cummins and the twin down pipe is five inch i am going to run a straight pipe that is five inch i was wondering does anyone have any measurements or what kind of bends to use to get passed the rear axle and out the side at a 90 degree? i was thinking a 45 connected to a 90 then connected to another 45 then to a ninety and out the side, kinda confusing i know but any help would be greatly appreciated, also if anyone has any pics of their full 5in system and can get some of the piping around the axle i would appreciate it a lot.
