Commonrail Intercooler
This IC is tremendously more effecient than the stocker.Pressure drop is 1.6 lbs. at 95 psi.I'll have EGT #'s next week from a high hp truck in the Houston area.
This is the same core I have in my 900+ hp 12V.I'm very suprised by its capabilities.Tanks are 3/16th thick and will handle 100 psi.

How are the ends ...pressed, welded or rubber locked?

Tanks are 3/16th thick T6 aluminum.Good to at least 100psi.
Its all welded.
