Rules in the 3 inch class

I would like to go and pull at the west union pull on thursday the 19 but I have a few questions on the rules.

1.Can the batteries be ahead of the core support ?

2.Does the bed floor have to be oem and if not what do u require ?

3.do we have to have 4 wheel brakes ?

4.do we have to have a receiver style hitch ?

If a tech would please respond that would be great!

Don't know if any of their techs are on here or not. Might try to contact Tom McConnel directly (good luck with that)

I talked to one of the officials for B.O.B. and he told me that if U have passed tech at C.O.T.P.C. or N.A.D.M. or P.P.L. in the 3 inch class then there wont be any issues with them. Unified rules are great.
