05 LLY Leaking Oil Out Exhaust

Last winter had oil leaking out exhaust, found my pcv reroute hose was full of ice, fixed that and it would still drip, took the twin turbo out and found the 2 seals on the turbine side of the shaft the open ends of the seals were in line, cleaned it and turned the seals so the ends were not lined up, worked fine the rest of the winter. now this winter started it when it was about 10 deg outside and drove easy for a short trip then notice oil leaking ever since. Any ideas would be great. Send both turbos in to be rebuilt? Not sure why it happened again.

No not 100% took the air filter off the twin turbo and can see a light film of oil on the compressor side. last time I pulled the exhaust side off the stock turbo and found it was mostly soot, but the twin one was all oil have not done that yet. Any other ideas to look at.

So its dripping out the exhaust but the back side of the stock turbo is dry?

You could pull the manifolds and look for oil in the exhaust ports. But it seems bad valve seals are more common from a machine shop pushing it on to far more so than valve seals actually failing.

That was last time I haven't taken it apart yet to check if the stock turbo is dry or not, going to bring to my dads for warm place to work on hopefully this week. Since I am new to diesel I think I overthink. Follow the oil trail and I will find it. Thanks for your help I will update what I find. My hard parts is I bought the truck will all these mods done from a dealer who knows nothing about what was done. And they didn't get much info from the P.O. Pretty sure he used it for truck pulls a little.
