Need some help

Hey guys, maybe you could give some suggestions. My dad has an 01 f350 CC/SB 4X4 that is having trouble starting. Here is what we have done so far

Replaced all glowplugs
New batteries
Had alternator checked...that's fine.

Any recommendations?

We've done about everything we can think of.

Glow plug relay ok?

Run fine when warm?

Cold problem only, or hot starts too?

We need a little more info to work with here.
 
When it's warm, it tends to start fine, but its almost impossible when cold. I live in Atlanta, so cold is only like 25 degrees. Now...where is the glowplug relay located?

On top of the engine you'll have 2 solonoids. Its the short one towards the back.
Have you checked you oil level?
 
Yeah, oil has been checked. As a matter of fact, we just had it changed. It's funny though, because it never does it in warm weather...only cold. He has it plugged in tonight, so we'll see what happens. Thanks for the replies. I'll keep you updated.
