Warranty cards

Warranty cards are being sent in not filled out or partially filled out. From today forward. Just putting your name or just putting the serial number on the card is not acceptable and will be thrown away and you WILL NOT have a warranty. We offer a lifetime warranty and all that is needed is Serial number, name, address, phone, and who/when you purchased it. Providing us with just a serial number tells us nothing. Or just signing it at the bottom tells us nothing. And sending them in blank for us to fill out for you with your info from your shipping label won't be done. They will immediately be thrown in the trash. We work very hard and bend over backwards to help out on warranty. Policy is policy now. So take 30 seconds and fill your warranty card out please. Because we will not be making anymore exceptions. Thanks

I sent mine in with my name another company's Serial number and my great uncles, wife's, cousins, brothers, nephews, girlfriends, momma's address....Is that OK?

I got to thinking about the person you described and being your in KY, isn't that like your mom or sister?

X2 on that! I have installed several kits gave the warranty card to the customers to fill out and return it.Anthony and Charlie helped me out but now when they so up i just said tough luck u should have filled it out. I am not their babysitter nor is Airdog. just my$.02
 
Anthony, is it possible to get another warranty card from you? Somehow I have lost the one that came with my pump before I was able to fill it out and send it in
 
I had a airdog dealer install mine. He never have me a card to fill out or anything.

Can u scan one so we can download it from your website to fill out and send in..
 
You guys are cracking me up on here. Anyhow, for you guys that need a card. TECHNICALLY it is supposed to be turned in within 30 days or something. So putting it on the website can't happen. But just for you guys I will gladly get you another one. Give Sarah a call 317-421-3180 ext. 117. Tell her its cool to get another card sent to you. Remember, be nice. Your talking to my wife!:hehe:

I mean at Airdog, we know she is the boss at home!
 
I actually emailed you guys about this just after it got installed but never got a email back.

Was installed about 3 or 4 weeks ago now. At impact diesel in sask. Canada
