02 Jetta TDI auto trans service HELP!!

I know this may not get answered in time. But I can only hope. I am picking up the fore mentioned car for my mom tomorrow. And it needs a trans service. I have looked into doing it on my own, but am not interested. How much will it cost to have VW do the service? Thanks VERY much in advance.

To check the tranny fluid level - you need to use a scan tool or VAG-COM. :doh:

good luck...youll be payin round 280$ plus parts here. and disposal fees for the oils as well. ya cant even check the fliud without a scanner CUS THE STUPID CAR GOT NO DIPSTICK!! ever heard such a thing.
anyways i was told to check the fliud cost 125$ and they gotta have the car overnight so it can settle and be cool....what a crock...
