Ok I have some REALLY nasty bug spots on the front of my sport. I have tried turtle wax bug and tar remover (in the squirt bottle) and waxed with meguiars after and the stains are still there. Anybody got any suggestions on how to get them off? Truck hasnt been waxed much in the past and I think that is the biggest problem as to why I cant get the stains out.:bang

How about trying a little rubbing compound?

Diesel fuel. Let it soak overnight and rinse it off in the morning.

A good rubbing compound on a rag or buffer should get it off.

I use seafoams bug and tar remover,I have had great luck with it. Also works great on soot stains exhaust.

Rubbing compound strikes out, and so does gasoline. I am thinking it will have to be sanded and painted at this point...
