possible dpf and scr deletes

I bought a 2013 ram 4500 c&c as soon as they got to the lot, I've read through just about all the threads I could find on deleting these trucks and have figured that it is possible, so here is my question.... could you not program the ecm with a marine calibration as far as i know they do not use emissions related components. it seems that there is or isn't any hp tuning available yet somebody correct me if im wrong. and they also have some pretty high horsepower marine cals too, does anybody know if this would work ?

The ecm pinouts are different. While it maybe a Cummins all the tuning is proprietary to Dodge and does not crossover into any other applications.
