Ok, all I could think of in a shop environment was a compressor tank, and it just didn't look like a compressor tank to me. I know we've made some tanks similar to that at work, just can't remember what they where for!

They push the slope nose and paccar powered units hard. Their are dealer kickbacks for selling aero I believe. 389s are without a doubt more expensive when equally spec'd. The dealer has said though that they will give far more $$$ on trade for a hod though
