replacement parts

Im fighting my gate flange leaking and think my flange on the header may be warped. Also It possible the valve seat is damaged, cant find them on your web site and would like to order them. I have a non r version of the 50mm.

Best to call them. Hopefully you don't have one of their older gates like I did. No parts for them and no plans to ever have any. We had to make a valve seat for one of our gates. I love their gates, but think it's BS that you can't get parts for them.

We completely changed designs 7 years ago and only the exhaust parts.
No we have no current plans, our production line is based around min. runs of 200 parts. Judging by the requests for them I'd be tossing at least 150 of them in 10 years. Nobody setups a CNC machine for 1 part unless somebody is paying the $200+ setup bill.

But not wishing to leave every old 50/44 owner in the cold I will offer an upgrade program. Mail in your old gate and We will issue a $120 credit good towards a new JGS wastegate.

Other than that I offer drawings of the old parts that can be produced by most custom machine shops.

That's the best I can do.

Anything mfg'd after 2007 We generally have every nut/bolt on the shelf. Some parts are listed / getting listed under replacement parts.
