Lml fan clutch

So my fan clutch is not grabbing second and third gear.. first noticed a/c wasn’t working when it got up over 90 replaced condenser and the fan clutch didn’t fix it. Then I pulled my toy hauler and on a long grade 90+ out I got up to 240 deg. No fan kicking in. Any ideas I know Lml is controlled via ecm. Truck is deleted and twinned, built trans and a bunch of other mods. All in truck performance tuned it anyone had this problem

Problem is my fan clutch isn’t getting the voltage sent to it to turn it on.

Check ground? Fuses and relays? Have you traced and checked for broken or chafed wires? I know the rubber under the shroud was loosening up and falling down causing issues with radiators rubbing pin holes in them. Could it have possibly rubbed a wire? Have you thrown a tech2 on it or similar scan tool?
Heres a cooling fan wiring diagram. Maybe it can help.

Ya that all has been checked. Everything is good tech 2 can’t command it but I can send voltage to it through bypass and fan engages fine
