can't get avatar to work?

kinda goin somewhere fast
this is very odd. I work in photoshop pretty frequently and I have taken a number of picture and resized them all to under the 7.8kb requirement. Each one comes back as 22.3kb or higher according to the site? What's up with that? I try to link my pics from photobucket into my avatar using the url line and that doesn't work either, saying it's an invalid url.. i'm a bit confused. Never had this problem before. anyone else running into it?
 
i can't seem to get an avatar to work either...resized to 180x150 but can't get it under 7.8kb without a drastic loss of quality.. :bang
 
I cant get the dam thing to work either. Dont feel bad guys. Says its to big (never herd that before:hehe:) needs to be under 7.4 and i cant it under 34.
 
Couldn't change mine either , all too big. Finally got one in of my boy mowing snow ! We need to get out more !!
