IHC Dana Axle 68943-R3 Rear Axle

Would a IHC Dana 68943-R3 rear axle be a decent axle for pulling? It has the 6.50:1 ratio. From what I can tell it is similar in size to the Rockwell F106 someone I know has under the rear of his Cummins. Any info would be helpful as I cannot find any information on this axle. Thanks in advance.
