Expected performance differences

I am new to Cummins and also this forum so I would rather not see anyone bashing me for asking a repeated question if it is. I've always had Powerstroke's but couldn't play with them without waorrying about catastrophic failures. I bought a 2013 2500 big horn with 56000 miles. It's all stock and seems to run fine. Wanting to do EZ Lynk or CSP5 ppei tunes with trans tuning, 5" straight exhaust, pusher intake manifold with intercooler piping, coolant bypass, exhaust side block off plates, grid heater delete, S&B CAI. Anything I should consider dropping from the list or adding and is this a decent setup for daily driving and street play. I don't tow often and I doubt it will be on the track or hooked to a sled anytime soon. Any input helps. Thanks

2nd gen swap with a billet s464. We sell piles of them and they are perfect for the everyday 3rd/4th gen truck.

Keep your grid heater. People think they're big restrictions. Go put it on a flow bench and you'll see it's almost an unmeasurable amount of resistance increase.

ARP 625 head studs are pretty important on the 6.7L's.

68rfe, get some good tuning and stay below 550hp seems to be the trick. It gets really expensive from there. A built 48re swap is the most robust common setup. A RevMax 68rfe is pretty popular too.

Good luck!

When I was at Brown's I know one dude who blew a h/g with regular ARP's, then another h/g with ARP's and fire rings. After he went to 625's and fire rings it was fine. If I had to guess I'd say it has something to due with the high torque of the 6.7 engine and the extra clamping force of the 625's, but that would just be a guess.
