Grille build

Using 4th gen bumper the way it should be installed. Making a carbon fiber grille
and headlights. This is the start of pattern to build the mold.

This grille is 3" taller and projects forward, profiled more like a 3rd gen it also
follows the bumper radius the headlights will be larger as well.

Yes, These bars are just setting in there I will probably make different bars
also.

Does it cast a ram's head pattern in the light beam when illuminated?

Getting closer 30 hrs of block sanding to keep the profile the way I want it.I decided on the large 5" ram emblem so I have to use the large center bar.

should cast it out of aluminum like the diff cover. id put a real metal one on in a heart beat.
