Cant seem to make much needed contact..

Jeff.. I gave your helper, Tyler I think it was, a list of parts I need Thursday for my 12v rebuild, but haven't heard back.

My Machinist is starting to wonder whats up with my ability to get these parts.

Could you talk to Tyler for the list and give me a call.. Please?

Mike Kolder

You'll probably have better luck calling the shop than posting a thread online and waiting for someone to see it.

I let him know about this thread.

I appreciate that. Every time I call, Jeff is busy and then we play phone tag and never connect. No answer to my email either.

If Jeff has tried to call you back, he's done his job. I get this attitude from customers all the time.

If you call a business and ask for a particular person, chances are that person is going to be with another customer or on another call when you call. It is YOUR responsibility to not miss their call when they call you back. If you miss his call, the scenario above is repeated.

Thanks Jory for the heads up.

Mike, Tyler and I have both tried to call back. I have your list and a couple of questions. Give us a call this morning if you can. I want to apologize, I've been very busy since moving to the parts counter.

You can't beat Jeff's customer service, great guy to deal with who goes out of his way to help clients and even recommend other folks products if that is what he thinks would work best for your application.

No need to apologize and Im not pointing any fingers here.. It is my fault, I work in area's that get spoty cell reception and are loud. I communicate best with emails but I will call you at 9:30.

We can accomplish more in a 5 minute phone conversation, than a weeks worth of emails.
