help throttle acts like sticking in a lly

In tune 5 which is base tune, this truck acts like the throttle is sticking when letting off, when this occurs i click it to tune 4 and it quits. Can some one look over the tune and let me know if they see anything? The truck has a stage 5 trans and bd low stall converter, it seems to occur after the first downshift after letting off

i havent logged it , it has a cts i tried watching it, but more focused on driving, its the same fuel pressure base file in each tune, but tune 4 driving has more rail pressure for some reason why driving
