-4 vs. -6 oil feeds

I've seen both used. And from what I understand, if you not using an oem restrictor in the cartridge inlet a -4 is the way to go.

I use -6 on anything bigger than a s400. -4 is plenty for a s300/s400.

I run -4 for my S400. My factory fitting stripped out above the filter so I tapped it with 1/8npt with no problems.

Way back when the dinosaurs roamed the earth we used a -6 cause they had more available fittings, a -4 is more than enough!
