Compounds Build

Thought id share a few details and pics of my progress so far!

Click the image to open in full size.

I used a T6 to 4" pipe flange from stainless diesel, had to modify it slightly needed to remove the lip that would fit inside a piece of 4 inch pipe as I needed to trim my elbow into the bend a little bit for fitment.
I managed to get everything the right length and fitting up good, Bought most of my piping from my local napa, the s400 flange came from stainless diesel as well as the t6 to pipe flange, got the 5" elbow off of amazon. Ill be using all AN fittings for my oil feeds and drains gonna use AN fittings on the heater lines as well to get them out of the way.

Finally got her up and running again, super happy with the outcome. Clutch let go at about 60 psi and about 1200* on the Pyro. Haha dual disk and tuning next, video to come!

More details on your pump, injectors and supply system?

Looks great
Have you decided what clutch you are going with yet? Are you still running the getrag ?

Thank you sir!! I've been working at this for a long time.

Pump has got a 4200 rpm spring, bd fuel pin, hot screw from THD, I've got the case pressure bumped up, heavy afc spring, and an, mh timing spacer with some custom shims.
Injectors are 80 Lpm 6x.013s from THD. Fuel supply is a HVLP piston pump from THD, sump with 3/8 lines, feeding a Cummins dual filter base. Clutch wise is an old style Valair ceramic dual disk with big input on an nv4500 (orginal owner blew a getrag up and swapped it, previous owner had no ideal lol)

Thanks Jason! From the little bit I've gotten to drive it (haven't put the new clutch in yet) about 1100-1200* is the max and that's me trying to get it hot

In my test drive it came on at around 1500 I'd say. Wrecked the bearings in it on the 2nd test drive. I'm putting it back together with an s362 sxe at the moment. Starting to get tired of not being able to drive it haha aside from 2 test drives it's been sitting since February.

There is a large street class and I'm trying my best to go out and hurt some feelings with this ol ve pump farm truck. Got lockers to put in, air bags to go on, traction bars, and clutch. Then I'll be ready!

Soooo long story short I had a little bit of an oil pressure issue with my motor after I swapped on the sxe362, so fast forward to now and I have made some excellent progress!

Here's whats been going on

Harvest went excellent. broke the yield record for my farm! 64 bushels per acre with soybeans! So with that being said, as of right know a set of 5X.018 injectors, valair triple disk, 188/220 cam, a pretty badass intake shelf from zz fab (with nitrous spray bar), and a few other small things have been ordered. Engine is coming out of the truck this week to get off to the machine shop, going to receive a full port and polish, rotating assembly balanced, head will be redone, rods shot peened and cryoed.

Its been a loooong road but I cannot tell you all how excited I am to be moving forward with these all out VE pump shenanigans!
