How did it take a crap? Is it just leaking oil? Lots of shaft play? Wheels in good shape? May just need a $55 rebuild kit. A comparable replacement for the he351 is a k27. I know Mark at DieselTuff.com is running a sale on them right now.

I guess it may be able to be rebuilt again, I'll have to find out after I get it home. BIG oil leak and play in shaft. Just looking at options for now. Thanks.

Found a good used turbo to use for now. Took the bad turbo apart and found lots of carnage possibly caused from a thrust bearing collar that broke, let the end play go out of site and ruined the bearings, seals, wheels, and housings. No signs of excessive heat or low oil.
