Losing pedal pressure!!!

installed iron giant dd. Works and drives great just on higher rpms I lose pedal pressure, but I still can shift to next gear. any help would be great!
 
my 3250 does same thing pedal pressere decreases alot around 3500rpm at 800rpm its jumpy taking off
