Downloading newest version of v8 and v7.5

I went on the efi live website and click to download the newest version. As.soon as I click to install and.click the next button just before clicking to agree to the terms and conditions the.window disappears. I'm not computer guy. I've tried checking my firewall, and antivirus, and settings. Oh.don't have a clue. Any help is appreciated thanks
 
I would right click the setup icon and choose run as admin....

If that doesnt do it, install malware bytes (free version) and scan for malware.
Then update virus scanner and run that.
Turn off Zone alarm, comodo, norton internet security etc
