Need help loading idaho rob tunes to my lb7

When I purchased my truck it had a single efi live tune. I recently had 5 tunes emailed to and I then proceeded to follow the instructions , I plugged the v2 into my lap top than the v2 into the port. I then turned the key to run position an opens efi v8 , then clicked tune and auto detect after that it said onine to click open at the bottom of page. Well there is no open and now I am lost. Hahah any help would be greatly appreciated. Also do I need anything else because yhe truck already had a tune on the truck? Thanks
