In the video it sounds like it is spoiling fairly good. Is it making a few pounds of boost? How much boost does it make at 1500 rpm with the blade fully closed?

I believe they are wanting to know if the turbine housing and controller are available for sale seperately from the turbo. If that is the case, could it be machined to work with some of the larger turbine wheels that the s300 has.

Ya say for instance a .83 or 14cm housing for a 68mm or 71mm s300 exhaust wheel

I understand. Just feel it is easier to use other devices which are on the market which can be adapted to any t4 turbo and soon t3 and t6 (well actually now if you consider the SP piece). Regardless this is an interesting product.

Similar concepts, however the switchblade turbine is more effecient and more of a engineered design, versus something that is a compromise at best.

I have only looked this over quickly. Explain how this device is more efficient and more of an engineered design.

Instead of just blocking off a single volute of a turbine housing that was designed to use both volutes, the vane and turbine housing were engineered to perform in this application. The vane actually diverts the gas the gas flow.

the switchblade looks like a single blade vgt turbo

instead of all those little vains in a stock turbo, it has one large one

this is one of those why didnt i think of that products, very well done
