Don’t promote it as a street product if it’s supposed to be used on competition only vehicles. It just makes II look dishonest and a fraud.
People know us well enough to know we aren't dishonest nor a fraud and if you know why we did it then I'm sure everyone else does as well. You are making a stink over nothing. Everyone else in the industry does the same exact thing that you are pointing out with their kits as well.

So is it a kit for trucks on the street or competition only trucks?

This is on like 90% of light duty diesel products out there. Pretty sure everyone knows why. Whether it works or not, who knows.

This. I'm not real sure what the big deal is here.

I'm making the point is this type of advertisement is exactly what the EPA will look at when adding more restrictions, whether they make sense or not.

II isn't helping by posting it'll help with STREET performance and then say it's for competition use only. They really need to be smarter than that. They've essentially acknowledged in their posts that they know it's illegal and then say it's for street use. They'd be better off claiming ignorance.

You may not think it's a big deal but it is from a legal standpoint.

I wish they didn't have to, be free in this "free country" to modify our personal trucks to better tow and perform and be more efficient, and not these ridicules regen emissions and reliability problems we're stuck with otherwise.
