Trying to make a base tune... White Smoke

Hey guys i stopped messing with tuning for a while because i couldn't figure it out nor did i have the time. I tried making a delete tune with no added power. Didn't change the timing, rail pressure, duration, nothing except turn off emissions equipment. For some reason i get white smoke when i go uphill at 1000-1100 rpm and the truck kind of muffles out in a way. Can anyone point me in the right direction with this?

Did you turn the emissions back on and does it smoke?

are you using the same base tune as before?
