New to site

Hey Folks, excuse me as I figure out proper use of this site.
I'm getting up to speed on Diesel specific mods, tinkering on my project "Frankentruck".
It started life as a 1995 2500 12v extended cab long bed 4wd.
It is now sporting a straight cab and short bed from a 1998 2wd gas truck.

Has the usual cracked up dash, but has aftermarket hard cover.
Have added traction bars.
Modified the front control arms from a 2009 to be 7/8 extended arms to clear 35's with a leveling kit.

Getting ready to start "phase 1" upgrades wick once all the gauges are in place.

Trans will be built before Phase 2

Welcome, cool little truck, how do you open the doors with the fender flare over the door opening?

Fender Flares

They are actually Factory Flares I bought from a friend of a friend. They don't attach to the doors, and clear nicely.

Thanks, it's a work in progress. Prefer extended cab or crews, but the shorty is different.... and maneuverable..lol. Took it on an 8 hour round trip last weekend and averaged 19.6mpg running 65-85mph.. (3.54 gears with 35's).
Ordering AFC Live and .055 Delivery Valves in a week or so.
