Cabin filter single or dual ?

My 2012 3500 had to have the dash removed to clean the evaporator on the A/C system about 2 years ago.

I never knew that they made filter options for the truck and stumbled upon these from geno's.

Would it hurt to put both kits on my truck? I live off a 3/4 mile long dusty gravel road. I wasn't sure if having two filters on would reduce flow and hurt the A/C in the long run?

I have heard one will reduce flow. I have one sitting in the shop to put in my 14, but haven’t got there yet
