Racing suspension

Hey guys looking to update the rear suspension of my 2nd gen for the up coming race season. It is going to stay leaf spring for now but am going to be doing a double adjustable shock and making both vertical behind axle. Not sure if i should pull as many springs as i can out or leave them there. Also needing axle control, traction bar, ladder bar, or caltrac. What would be most effective

Traction bars recommend one up we run them on all our 4wd drag trucks. We have cut 1.39 average 1.40s 60ft 6000#.
