Dyno numbers ?

Looking for some some input. Dynoed my Dd yesterday 1995 12v auto but I think the numbers were low. Just looking for some input on it.
Mod list
Large bowl
Colt stg 3
Hamilton bee hive valve springs
Compounds gt3788r over s480 ats manifold

5x.018 155 angle
Maxed and balance 215 pump 650cc 4k springs timing at 26 degrees
Fass 150 at 45psi

Dual ram banks intake
Bd intercooler

Truck is on 35 inch tall tires and has 4:10 gears

The truck did a 644 hp and 1271 tq. Witch I think is low ?

Your truck will make 200-2000hp depending on what dyno and who is running it. Its a total racket. Take it down the strip and figure your hp that way.

X2, do a couple practice launches on an 'off-highway road', hit the track, and use trap speed for the calculator at the top of the page: (HP Calculator)

That'll get you a better idea.

You setup seems like it should be much more capable than 644hp. Especially since there are pretty bare bones trucks with s466's pushing that.

How much boost pressure did it make on the dyno, compared to what it makes on the street?

How much fuel is the pump set to put out?

You might have too much fuel...

I used to run a 12mm pump that would make 650cc's maxed out, but at 450cc's it ran way better and made 636hp. Didn't have the air for 650cc's with a s362/s480 combo.

Most ive ever done on a dyno was 436 and 980tq with a $3000 injection pump and 62/75 compounds. Did 426 and 960 with the same truck several years ago with a single 62/65 and 5x12’s.

Dont get hung up on those numbers. Get hung up on stomping 100k corvettes stoplight to stoplight with your dog in the passenger seat.

Not sure if you have thought about this, but even at 45 psi that FASS may not be enough. I would prefer to see 55-60 psi at full throttle for anything over 600 HP.

Adjust your pressure relief valve and make sure you've got enough pump.

Some use a pressure regulator or even a high speed check valve with a crack pressure you want (High Speed Check Valve Pair for use with Waterman Fuel Pump)

The boost was with in 5 psi on the street. Witch is 55psi
I turned the fuel pressure up today it's a at 55psi at wot
The pump is set at 650 right now. But on a wot pull I don't get hot under 1300 egt or have any smoke.
I have went down the track 12.6 at 109 mph

I’d like to see your dyno graph. The TQ number is good, I believe with some tuning you can get 800 out of it. Double check timing and get fuel pressure up to 65 and see what happens.
