I'm having trouble with how high in the vehicle I sit vs. line of sight out of the windshield. If I sit upright in the seat, looking straight ahead puts me looking at the edge of the headliner above the windshield. Now that I'm driving the truck nearly daily, I'm finding that I'm leaning on my right arm on the console so that I can see under. As a matter of fact, I think years of leaning like that is catching up with me.
The second issue is that it has a tint strip, but I struggle with removing it for a esthetic reasons.
So I'm curious if anyone has messed with lowering a Ford seat. It's a full power seat so I'm thinking my options are limited.
It's odd, I bought my truck because we have an 08 at work with a vinyl bench, and I'm way more comfortable in it that I am in mine.
