The previous owner went mid 8's with a SBC and small tire, we just started our build about 30 days ago. Shooting to make the NHRDA opener in Bakersfield on March 22nd. Looks like the billet block won't be built in time, so our backup motor is going in for the first event.

Specs: CM Tube front clip, CM cage and tube back half, fiberglass hood fenders bumper doors, lexan sides. Will get a glass trunk and rear bumper at some point. Bickle CM Floater diff, wishbone, four link, anti roll bar, 34.5" Hoosiers, dual adj Vari shocks in rear

Billet Block (SoCal Diesel build), Carrillo Rods, SoCal stg2 heads, Alt fire cam, triple CP3's, Gt42/45 & two S475's, A/W IC, XP5 lockup glide

In on 1.. Looks like a fun project novas have always been one of my favorite cars throw a dmax in one and you have my attention for sure.. Keep up the good work and pics of progress we all love pics lol.

Nope, standard stroke this time around. it's got a 4.200" bore, so we will pick up a few ci there. Plus it will un cover the vales some with the larger bore. Still need to make a decision on injection pumps (three stock or modded), and get them ordered up pretty quick. Would be nice to see some Raised Runner heads come out for us at some point.
