It looks sweet! What did you use to paint it? Is it a hot rod flatz or similar?

This has been one of my favorite builds I've followed so far. Excellent work! Do you plan on coming and bringing this truck to TS 2015?

Also, I like the idea on the exhaust exit, but the only problem I see is keeping the right rear wheel clean even after a short trip to town and back.

Again, Mad props to you on this build!

5.9 CR going in a 1984 GMC 1500

Thank you.

I thought about the wheel thing a lot. I'm ok with it turning black for now. Adds to the character.

No sir. This truck has the funds too tight for a major trip anytime soon.

Thanks. Do they have a flange that bolts under the top layer of the hood?

Yes, and that part was tough bc I only drilled a hole for the pin in the bottom layer of the hood. I had to split the flange on the small end, work it in the top hole, then use some wire to hold it up thru 2 of the bolt holes while starting the rest.

Interior is coming together. New dual piston front calipers. Grille and headlight buckets in. Lots of other odds and ends. Getting close.

Truck is sounding and looking awesome! Is that just a small tune on it? Or are there more goodies hiding underneath?
