Dana 80 girdle, main caps

Been looking and can't find anything. Need a set of billet main caps and Studs for a Dana 80. Also looking for a girdle. All Ive found is ones that look like a high school metals shop class built them. If I can't find anything better I'll just get the LPW ULTIMATE 80 cover. PM me what anyone has.

Just because I'm curious, at what power level would billet caps and a girdle be necessary?

The ultimate 80 cover and tie ins was what I was going to do to mine.

You only need one billet cap. On the drivers side. Its where the majority of the torque goes. I have seen them on 2.5 trucks and I was going to have one on my street truck.

I wouldn't ever waste the time on only one cap. Bad idea.

Ive seen caps break at low HP. It's for pulling. Rough tracks or coming off the line hard can break them.

Bluegrass diesel has the caps and I think Beech Performance does also. Tony Rizzi has the girdle, stud, and cap setup, but it was a little pricey IMO.

I saw bluegrass diesels caps but can have one off ones built for less than they want for them. Is Tony Rizzi is he on here or how do I get ahold of him?
